Description

This viral treat blends creamy pistachio, tahini, and crispy kataifi in a dairy-free delight. Perfect for plant-based foodies, the Vegan Dubai Chocolate Bar offers indulgent flavors while keeping it vegan-friendly.


Ingredients

  • 200g vegan dark chocolate (or oat milk chocolate)
  • 50g vegan kataifi or toasted coconut flakes
  • 100g pistachio butter
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the vegan dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Toast the vegan kataifi or coconut flakes in a pan until golden brown.
  3. Mix the pistachio butter and tahini together in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into a mold or dish and let it cool slightly.
  5. Spread the pistachio-tahini mixture over the chocolate.
  6. Top with the toasted kataifi or coconut flakes.
  7. If desired, swirl in green food coloring for a pistachio swirl effect.
  8. Chill for 2 hours or until fully set.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of tahini for a more or less pronounced nutty flavor. You can also substitute the vegan kataifi with another crunchy topping like crushed nuts.
