Craving a dessert that’s taking the world by storm? The Dubai Chocolate Bar combines rich milk chocolate with a gooey pistachio and knafeh filling, creating a treat that’s as indulgent as it’s trendy.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams milk chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons pistachio butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 cup knafeh strands (or shredded phyllo dough)
  • 1/4 cup pistachio cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt 200 grams of milk chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Spread half of the melted chocolate mixture into a silicone mold to form the base.
  3. Mix pistachio butter, crushed pistachios, and a handful of knafeh strands for the filling.
  4. Spread the pistachio mixture evenly over the chocolate base.
  5. Top the filling with the remaining melted chocolate.
  6. Chill the mold for 2 hours or until the bar is firm.
  7. Pop out the chocolate bar from the mold and serve.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Customize the filling with spices like cardamom for an extra Middle Eastern flair.
