- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 3 tablespoons pistachio butter
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/4 cup knafeh strands (or shredded phyllo dough)
- 1/4 cup pistachio cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Melt 200 grams of milk chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
- Spread half of the melted chocolate mixture into a silicone mold to form the base.
- Mix pistachio butter, crushed pistachios, and a handful of knafeh strands for the filling.
- Spread the pistachio mixture evenly over the chocolate base.
- Top the filling with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Chill the mold for 2 hours or until the bar is firm.
- Pop out the chocolate bar from the mold and serve.
Notes
Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Customize the filling with spices like cardamom for an extra Middle Eastern flair.
