roasted Pork chops & Vegetables

This is kind of a variation of pot roast. I just used pork chops instead.
Cut up some onions, potatoes and carrots, and place them in a 13X9 baking dish. Salt & pepper them. Season boneless porkchops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place them on top of the vegetables. Cover with foil, and bake for about 1 hour at 300º F.
Even my picky kids gobbled them up!
