Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix and set aside.

1 c butter
1 c peanut butter
Beat until fluffy and add:

1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla


Directions:

Mix well and pour in dry ingredients.Drop by teaspoons on to cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork crosswise. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
