Pasta: Manicotti

This manicotti recipe will warm up any cool day! Full of cheese, it will probably become one of your new comfort food classics!



Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground beef
1 cl garlic, crushed

Brown and drain.

1 c creamed cottage cheese
4 oz shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c mayonnaise


Mix with ground beef.

Boil and drain 8 or 10 manicotti noodles. Fill noodles and spread remaining filling over the top. Pour 16 oz spaghetti sauce on top. Sprinkle dry oregano and parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes with foil. Remover foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
