Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Grilled Pork Tenderloin is delicious anytime of the year.

Fire up the grill and enjoy!!


Marinade:
2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c honey
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a non-metal bowl large enough to hold the
meat.

Trim the tenderloin of fat and keep whole. Set it in marinade for at
least six hours in the refrigerator. Turn over occasionally to coat other
side.

Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Sprinkle both

sides with season salt and cracked pepper to taste. Grill or broil on
each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Slice into 1” thick steaks. Return to
broiler or grill and cook 4-5 minutes each side.

Dipping sauce:

1 c mayonnaise
1/2 sour cream
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until meat is cooked. Serve in a dish with dinner.
