September 18th 2008 15:58

This is a great recipe that usually requires two batches! Great for leaving out and mucnhing on at a party or during the football game.

Ingredients:
4 c rice chex
4 c corn chex
2 c peanuts
4 c pretzels
1 bag M M's
2 c cheerios

Mix together in a very large bowl.

2 bags vanilla chips
2 tbsp oil

Directions:

In a microwave dish, melt the vanilla chips and oil for 1 minute and 50 seconds on medium heat. Stir rapidly and then cook for 10 more seconds. Pour over dry mixture and still until coated. Pour mixture on to sheets of wax paper to dry. Why dry, break in to smaller pieces and store in an air tight container until you are ready to serve. Will store for several days - IF there is any left.
