1 stick margarine
1 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Melt and cool in a heavy saucepan. Add in 10 oz bag colored marshmallows and 1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional).

Spread two sheets of waxed paper on counter. Cover with 1/2 cup coconut on each sheet. Pour half of chocolate mixture on waxed sheets lengthwise to form a log. Use coconut to cover it all, roll waxed paper and seal ends.

Do the same for other half of mixture. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Cut into 1/2” slices when ready to serve.
