2 c cheerios

Mix together in a very large bowl.

2 bags vanilla chips
2 tbsp oil

Directions:

In a microwave dish, melt the vanilla chips and oil for 1 minute and 50 seconds on medium heat. Stir rapidly and then cook for 10 more seconds. Pour over dry mixture and still until coated. Pour mixture on to sheets of wax paper to dry. Why dry, break in to smaller pieces and store in an air tight container until you are ready to serve. Will store for several days - IF there is any left.

Cocoa Mix

September 18th 2008 14:57

It's getting cooler outside, at least up here in the Midwest. So you know what that means! Time for some hot drinks to warm you up.

Cocoa Mix

Ingredients:

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup powdered milk

1 tablespoon salt

½ cup miniature chocolate chips

½ cup miniature marshmallows

1 large glass jar

Directions:

The first 4 ingredients should stay consistent in all your variations, but you can add crushed peppermint candies, broken pieces of Andes mints, instant coffee, cinnamon or ??? Sift ingredients together and fill jars. Seal tightly and make a gift tag.

Make sure to state on the gift tag to mix all the ingredients together and then portion out accordingly. Add 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup boiling water for a single serving.

If you aren't using as a gift, make a cup right now!
