Fall Baking: Chili

This chili recipe is for those who don't like hot or spicy bowls!
Ingredients:
1-2 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced
Sauté in a large saucepan. Add:
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms
1 can kernel corn
1 large can chili beans
1 c salsa
4-6 c water
1 tsp chili powder
parsley
oregano
basil
salt
Mix all ingredients and simmer over low heat for several hours. Serve with mozzarella cheese, sour cream or saltine crackers.
