Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Combine in a large bowl and beat well. Add:
1 1/4 c flour
2/3 c cocoa
1/2 c milk
Beat until blended. Stir in:
1 c chopped pecans
In a saucepan melt:
1/2 c butter
10 oz peanut butter chips
Stir constantly. Stir in:
1 14 oz can condensed milk
Stir until smooth and pour over baked mixture.
Place 1/4 c chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 45 seconds. Stir until chips are all melted. Drizzle bars with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars.
