Halloween Recipe: Caramel Corn

This is a super easy and delicious recipe for caramel popcorn. Whether you just want a snack or a festive Halloween treat, make a batch of this. You won't regret it!
Ingredients:
16 c popped popcorn, unsalted
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c Karo syrup
1 c butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
Directions:
Boil brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda. Pour over corn and stir well. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
